Black and White Moon and Mountains Poster, Night Landscape by the Lake

A night landscape that invites silence

In the center of the image, an immense full moon, its seas and craters clearly visible, dominates a star-studded sky. Beneath it, a lake with midnight-blue reflections winds between pale shores and sharp-ridged mountains. Nothing moves, everything is suspended: it is the exact moment when night becomes a spectacle.

The charm of the line, engraving style

This poster takes up the aesthetic of old engravings: fine hatching for the relief, stippling for the lunar surface, horizontal lines for the water. This linework gives the image texture and spares it the coldness of a simple photo. From a distance, you see a clean, graphic landscape. Up close, you discover every detail.

An easy-to-live-with black and white

The palette is limited to deep black, white and a few shades of midnight blue. It goes with every interior: Scandinavian, minimalist, industrial or more classic. This black-and-white landscape print finds its place above a sofa, in a bedroom where it extends the evening mood, in a study or an entryway. The vertical format works on its own in a large size, or paired with another nature piece from the collection.

Nature and contemplation, the Menivora spirit

At Menivora, we choose images that make you want to slow down. Looking at the moon above the mountains is a way of remembering our place in the landscape and taking the time to observe. This poster brings together two of our themes, nature and philosophy, in a simple image you never tire of contemplating.

Framed or unframed

Available as a poster alone or framed (white, wood, dark wood, black or black metal frame). A black frame strengthens the contrast of the sky; a wood frame warms up the whole.
