Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of posters and related products offered on the Menivora website, published by Menivora.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products and prices

The products are printed on demand (print-on-demand). Images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight variations in rendering may occur depending on the medium.

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme). Menivora reserves the right to change its prices; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

3. Ordering and payment

The order is confirmed once payment has been validated via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout.

4. Delivery

The products are manufactured and shipped by our printing partner. Estimated delivery times are communicated when ordering and may vary depending on the destination.

5. Right of withdrawal

Our posters are not personalized: you have 14 calendar days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

If you have a customer account: My account → My orders → order details → “Withdraw from my purchase”, then “Confirm withdrawal”.

If you ordered as a guest: use the link received in your order emails to access order tracking and exercise your withdrawal.

An acknowledgment of receipt is sent to you by email. Your return label is then sent to you as soon as possible.

To return the item, drop off the parcel with this label at a drop-off point (parcel relay point or post office).

The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the Customer: the cost of the return label is deducted from the refund. It is generally estimated at between €5 and a few tens of euros depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

The product must be returned within a reasonable time, in good condition and in suitable packaging. If the product has lost value as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the refunded amount may be reduced in accordance with the regulations.

The price of the product and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs originally paid when ordering are refunded within 14 days of our receiving and checking the return. If you benefited from free delivery, no delivery amount was charged and none is refunded.

If a product is defective or does not conform, contact us at the address below: return costs may be covered by us under the applicable legal warranties.

6. Mediation and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, you can contact us at the address below to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably.
