1. Data controller

2. Data collected
We collect the data needed to manage your account, your orders and our customer relationship: identity, contact details, shipping address, order history, payment data (processed by Stripe, with no card numbers stored on our servers).
For an order placed without creating an account, we only collect the data needed to fulfill the order (email, shipping address, order details).
Technical data (IP address, logs) may be collected for security purposes and to keep the website running properly.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract (order, delivery, invoicing), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), consent where applicable (analytics/marketing cookies, newsletter if offered).
4. Recipients
Technical service providers: hosting (OVH), payment (Stripe), printing and shipping (Gelato), sending of transactional emails.
5. Retention period
Order data is kept for the applicable legal period (accounting, warranties). Account data is kept as long as the account is active, then archived in accordance with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
From your “My account” area, you can view and correct your information (profile, email).
To exercise your right to data export or account deletion, use our contact form and select the topic “Personal data (GDPR)”. We will process your request within one month at most.
You can also write to us directly at contact@menivora.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
