Airplane Flying Over a Forest, Aerial View Poster

A white airplane over an ocean of green

The image is taken straight down, as if from the sky. Beneath us, the treetops form a tight carpet, with no road or clearing. In the center, a white airplane glides above the canopy, the only crisp, bright shape in all that foliage.

Deep greens, a single point of light

The poster runs through a whole range of greens, from the soft green of sunlit treetops to the almost black green of the shadowed hollows. This dense texture gives the image its depth and calm. The white of the airplane creates the contrast and catches the eye at first glance.

A matter of scale

At Menivora, nature is something to look at as much as to reflect on. Seen from above, the airplane looks tiny against the expanse of the forest. The image invites you to change your point of view and to measure our place in the landscape. It also speaks of travel, of departures and of the urge to go and see elsewhere.

Where to hang it?

Its intense greens bring a leafy presence to a light wall and go well with wood, rattan and houseplants. It finds its place in a living room, bedroom, study or entryway, and will appeal to travel lovers and aviation enthusiasts alike. In a small size, it completes a gallery wall; at 50x70 cm or 70x100 cm, it becomes the centerpiece of the wall. As for the frame, wood extends the nature theme, black intensifies the greens and white echoes the airplane.
