Description
A mountain in the mist, a circle for a horizon
A sharp-ridged summit rises in front of a large pale circle, like a celestial body resting behind the crest. Mist stretches through the hollows of the valleys and separates the planes, from the darkest to the lightest. In the sky, a flock of birds passes over the scene.
Black firs, pale firs
The forest is what makes this poster unique. Tall black firs are answered by pale silhouettes, cut out in negative from the ink, which give relief and light to the bottom of the image. The stippled grain and drips recall an ink drawing, understated and full of character.
An invitation to rise above
At Menivora, nature is something to look at as much as to reflect on. The mountain evokes constancy, the mist what remains to be discovered, the flight of birds freedom. It is an image that invites you to slow down and step back, every time your eyes rest on it.
Where to hang it?
Its black, grey and white palette goes with every style: Scandinavian, minimalist, industrial or warmer with wood. It finds its place in a living room, bedroom, study or entryway. In a small size, it completes a gallery wall; at 50x70 cm or 70x100 cm, it becomes the centerpiece of the wall. As for the frame, black strengthens the contrast, wood warms up the whole and white extends the background of the image.
